Thank you very much for your question. Unfortunately I don't know of any free solution to do calculations with GPU apart from Collab and Kaggle notebooks.

But I have the impression that often it's not necessary to do a first exploratory part with heavy computes. And in case it's necessary, I feel like it's a worthwhile expense.
