No need to be sorry, your feedback is greatly appreciated because that's the only way to challenge onerself and progress.

From my experience, it is important to design its metrics, monitoring and training processes from the start so that they can be integrated into the retraining workflow during the run of the solution. This is why designing the exploration part already as a software component seems to me a way to save a lot of time for the team, especially when we go into production. Moreover, I think that using scripts and good versioning tools promotes the establishment of a clear and methodical approach. I have known many situations in which the teams needed to find exploratory results and to be able to reproduce the conditions in which these results had been obtained in order to move forward with the project.

For the execution of the notebooks, it is indeed possible to execute them in an IDE. It seems to me that we don't have all the features. But it's a subject that I will dig into, in particular I will try DataSpell very soon.

There is still a lot to write and think about on the subject. I will probably do more articles on these fascinating subjects. Thanks a lot for your message.
